How the co-op works
Eight verified families, one shared points ledger. Start in the Facebook group, then the whole exchange in five more steps.
Two sides, one group
Every family plays both roles over time - but each request starts on one side.
You need a sitter for an emergency, a Mother's Day Out block, or a date night. Post the date, hours, and type of care from your dashboard - every screened family in your group sees it, one accepts, you confirm the booking, and your banked points transfer when the sit is done. Balances can dip slightly negative so a brand-new family doesn't have to host first.
You have hours to give and want points for your own night out. Set your weekly availability, hours window, and how much notice you need, then accept an open request straight from your sitter dashboard - it lands on your phone calendar with a 2-hour reminder and clocking out posts your points. One point per sitter-hour, plus a bonus point when you offer light meals, snacks, and light clean-up.
